The life of a car.

The life of a car.
It's about 12:15pm, as I get driven out to the car dealership, there's a price tag on me, which says $9,500.

As I sit there in the hot boiling sun, the owner decides to close the shop for the day, when suddenly, a couple of boy racers pull up, with a couple of bags.

As they walk in, they ask what type of car I am, the owner tells them, “This car is a Skyline gtr r34 godzilla, twin turbo with a rb20det motor”, “How much is it?” asks the few boy racers. “This is $9,500” says the owner. The boy racers reply and say “i’ll take it”.

As I we come flying down the motorway, we happen to see a couple of flashing lights, immediately, I start boosting it. When a couple more flashing lights appear. I start panicking, we take a sharp right and out onto a main road. Each end of the street was blocked off, so we had to pull over.

It’s been a couple of weeks, long days spent in this boiling hot sun, some days it feels like i'm gonna burn.

On one cold day, pouring down with hail, the officers finally come out and release me from the impound lot.

As my engine roars, I slowly drive out the impound. I get out and I spot the boy racers again. They jump in and then we take off. As we take off, my engine roars, but we quickly have to make it to the gas station, otherwise i'm gonna be stuck on the side of the  road.

Now it's time to hit the road and make it back to huntly, catch yous up, chur.

Is graffiti vandalism or art?

Have you thought about it, if graffiti is messy, or art? Well if not, i'm here to tell you why it isn't messy, nor art!

In some countries, graffiti is classed as art, some also have a meaning behind it, like Bansky, he is a England-based Graffiti artist. Bansky goes around england doing graffiti.
Bansky is wanted by the police, because they think that what he does is vandalism, it is but it also has a meaning behind it. Some of it is art because they are told to do it, they also get permission from the council. Most of america's cities try to stop people from vandalising, but don’t you think that's what makes the walls look cool? Without the street art, the walls would be blank and boring.

Some countries such as America, class graffiti as defacement and vandalism, you could face punishments for this crime, not only because it's on others property, but because you don't have a permission to do it.

Most graffiti art around the world is messy, but it also has a meaning behind it. In some countries they have people to make massive paintings for them, but most of them are probably graffiti artist.

In my opinion, I believe graffiti is just messy art.

Climate change

What if the world's supply of petroleum ran out tomorrow?

Have you ever thought about it? If the world's supply of petrol ran out.

If this happens, that means there would be no cars, buses etc.
This could cause a big inconvenience, because there would be no transport what so ever, so this means walking/biking to and from work or school.
This also means that if you have a sports game in rolleston, or just somewhere far, you’d have to walk all the way, That wouldn't be that much fun would it?
Third of all, this means that all your plastic belongings will no longer exist and will come to the end of existing, this means all your gaming consoles, phones etc.
Even the wiring in your phone has plastic, but that doesn't really matter, what really matters is that if the plastic around it isn't going to be there, so they wouldn't know what wire is which, because there is different colours, these colours indicate different uses.

Last but not least, if the world's supply of petrol ran out, there would be a mean as war between all the countries, this would mean more people killed per second and bombs flying everywhere.

Family time!

During the holidays, my aunty, my uncle, my two little cousins and I went to the museum in town. At the start where all the aboriginal people were, my cousin started crying, because they looked very fierce.

Then we went through to the Maori part, it wasn't really that exciting, there were quite a lot of things there, there was a waka, tāongas, taiahas, there was also a waka.

After that, we went and had a look at the planes, one of the planes had the food they used to serve and the old uniforms they used to wear, one had one of the virtual glasses, but we didn't go on that one because there was a long line, afterwards, my cousin wanted to go to the margaret mahy park, so we went there, but there were way to much people there, so my cousin just went and played on the swing, she looked really bored, then she went and got ice cream then we left.

Freda and I

Freda and I

As I crawled through the freezing cold trenches,
A chill was sent up my spine.
All I could hear were the sounds of BOMBS, BOOM BAM CRASH,
As one of the bombing planes came crashing down.

Suddenly, everything goes quiet,
Freeda and I lay low in the cold muddy trenches,
After a while,
I poke my head out to see what was happening,
Then out of nowhere I hear a loud BANG,
Then every one got to go home.

In class we read a book called 'The Anzac puppy' by Peter Millett and Trish Bowles then afterwards we had to write a flashback in the perspective of either Sam the soldier, Freda the dog or Lucy the lady that owns the dog, but I chose sam.
Something I thought I did good was adding in the sounds of the bombs and guns like how they are really bold and they stand out, something I need to work on next time is adding more information and being alot more creative

Goldi locks (My take of the story)

Goldi locks
(My side of the story)

Hello, my name is Jennifer, but you probably know me as “Goldie Locks”.
Anyway, I am here to tell you by side of the story.

Well one day, me and my friend went for a walk, but then we got lost, we had no family either.
But what i’m about to say, you're probably not gonna believe.
I’m actually a good, warm hearted, loving little girl. It was actually my friend that broke in and damaged everything.
Then the no good lying son of a...Gun, Framed me for doing everything, trust me, I wa so furious!

I wanted to rip the lying son of a...Gun's head off...Then I remembered that we were once best friends, And we never hated each other, no matter what.

Anyway I had no choice but to take the wrap, So then I got put in the cells overnight.
The next day I got taken to court, and I got sentenced to 20 years for break and enter.
Trust me you’d never want to come here, its like hell on earth.

So here I am, 20 years later, working part time at cleaning people's toilets I am also married to a bear named Aaron and remember this life lesson. Don’t play around in people's houses, and don’t get into any trouble. And life a happy life, like me and my husband Aaron.
